We may be required to rearrange bookings due to adverse weather conditions. We will aim to give as much notice as possible if this is the case.
To benefit from our Maintenance scheme you must first book a Deep Clean valet.
Please be aware that if you join the Maintenance valet scheme, a booking must be made within the 2-6 week period from your last valet. We reserve the right to charge your valet at the cost for a none - maintenance scheme customer If a booking exceeds the 6 week period. Prices are set for the 2,4 and 6 week periods.
Should you wish to cancel your booking within 24 hours or on the day of your booking, your deposit will not be refunded. You are however able to change the date of your valet. (If you are a Maintenance scheme customer and you wish to change the date of your valet, please refer to the above point regarding costs of booking a valet outside the 2-6 week period).
We only accept bank transfer and contactless payments. Please note that a 25% deposit will be taken upon booking, this will be deducted from your final payment, which will be taken on the completion of your valet. We unfortunately do not accept cheques.
Services will not take place in locations where it is deemed to be unsafe for a member of our team to work. We pride ourselves on providing you with a great level of service, working in areas where it is unsafe may result in certain parts of your vehicle not being valeted correctly. We will therefore not clean cars on the side of a busy road or unnecessarily obstruct the public highway with our vehicle/ equipment.
Vehicles requiring a substantial amount of cleaning may be subject to a further charge. Please make us aware of this when booking so this can be assessed. Prior to confirming your booking, we may request for photos of your vehicle which will ensure that you receive an accurate and transparent quote. Please be aware that if no photo is provided and the condition of the vehicle is not as described, we reserve the right to increase the price of the initial quotation given to you at the time of booking - in line with the level of work/ time required to clean your vehicle. You will be provided the updated quote prior to your valet taking place.
To ensure that we provide you with a great level of service, we respectfully ask that you notify us of any issues you may have on the day of the valet service. we will work to rectify these issues and to ensure that your vehicle is in the best possible condition. Please note that refunds will not be processed after the day of the valet service.
Please notify us of any defects or damage on your vehicle prior to any work being undertaken by us. Prior to carrying out any work on your vehicle, we will conduct an inspection of your vehicle to look for any existing scratches, marks or dents. A walk around video will be taken and can be sent to you if you wish to receive this.
Timings of service/s may vary and are a guide. We take pride in our work and timings may take slightly longer. We will ensure that you are kept informed of this.
We ask that you please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to us carrying out any services. This will help with ensuring that your belongings are stored safely away. We will not accept responsibility for any personal belongings which may become damaged or lost.
